Room for rent in the city center

Room for rent (22 m2) in a spacious apartment (120 m2). It’s located on the 2nd floor. The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a living room, kitchen and separate toilet and bathroom. The ceilings are high (3,5m) and the doors are decorated with ornaments. The flat is sunny with big windows in every room. The apartment is newly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer. There are a bathtub, a bidet, 2 separate sinks, washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. In the living room there are TV, a tiled stove and a balcony. The apartment is located directly in the center on Grosslingova street, 2 min walking distance from the old town. Despite its central location, the street is generally quiet. The nearest tram stops are Safarikovo namestie, SND and Kamenne namestie. Various shops are located in proximity (Tesco MyBratislava, Lidl, Yeme, DM etc.). The room is partially furnished (for further discussion). The owner of a flat is very chilled as well as the neighbors. I’m a 23 years old 5th year medical student originally from Germany. I’m friendly and easy-going. I like to socialize but I also respect other’s privacy. I’m looking for a flatmate with a similar attitude with whom I can create a nice living community. The price of a room is 500€ with energies, water and internet included.
