Looking for a roommate for a shared room

Hello everyone, I am a Montenegrin student who is starting master studies at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. I am looking for a male roommate for a great shared room (available from 29.9.) within a nice apartment in Budovatelska 7, close to Mlynske Nivy bus station. The neighbourhood is calm and full of greenery. The building's facade is newly reconstructed. The room is 20m2 - 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 1 big table (I can get a second one for myself). The whole apartment has a lot of light, its clean, kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is reconstructed. There is a 30 year old man already living there in his own room. Price: 150 EUR/person (energies,wifi included) + deposit 150 EUR The owner wants an agreement but he is flexible when it comes to length of renting. He is very friendly and helpful.
