We are currently buying nice and sunny apartment (in new residential building built in 2010), available from June 2016 in very popular area of Ruzinov. Only 20 minutes walking distance from Medical Faculty and less than 30 minutes walking distance to city center. (anyway, I don’t walk, I take Uber for less than 2,5 EUR :)) The bus stop is 2 minutes from doors to bus. I don’t have yet many picture as we are buying the apartment in 2 weeks but please expect new and nice apparent where we can adjust other facilities as you may require. The price includes rent, energy, water, wifi, tv with 100+ channels. We can add parking for additional 40 EUR. As we are the owners, no provisions to real estate agency applies.
