This business focused accommodation is located in a contemporary 23 floor building only 2 years old with three high speed lifts and a 24/7 security. The apartment is located one of the highest floors. We offer shorter accommodation 2-3 months. The property itself is accessible via lift and offers comfortable space not only for a person or two but a family of three or four. We offer a baby cot as well as baby chair if a person would like to take his family with on a business trip. The spacious modern kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric oven, powerful induction hob, very unique toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and much more not to forget about under cupboards led lights that can offer a very romantic evening. Breakfast can be fully enjoyed on the property's balcony with the city view from the 19th floor. The double bed is equipped with ( 5ft11/180cm wide and 6ft6/200cm long) ultra comfortable bed with two 90cm high quality memory foam mattresses and height adjustable head and foot supports. The room has a sofa that can be turned to an extra bed if needed 110cm wide/180cm long. The room is equipped with 32” flat screen TVs and cable for with the variety of channels the cable tv offers. All our apartments include also equipment like washer, dryer, dishwasher a hair dryer as a standard and much more. Call us if you have a special request. Guest access There is a bus or tram stop 2 minutes away from the building, providing a link to the whole network of the city transport which for convenience features pay by sms (only for Slovakia sim cards) and other modern ways of payment. The on-street parking is free of charge on first comes first served basis or we can offer a garage secured parking for extra charge 50€-month. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided, as well as the basic personal products, such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. The apartment gets professionally cleaned every time a group of guest leaves and then once a week if you stay longer. We try our best to ensure that all the appliances are always in working order.
