There is wifi connection, common furniture, all needful domestic appliance and also a big rolldor in the hall. The block-of-flats is completely insulated. The flat is located on the 9th floor out of 12th. All rooms within the flat are separated with their own locker and there are already one girl and one boy (in the age of 20-24 years) living the flat in their own separate rooms. There is good transport connection to the centre - the bus stop is directly below the block-of-flats. The room is available straightaway. The price is 220 EUR per month including costs for internet and energy.
