Flat is fully furnished, renovated with balcony, posses fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub. It’s very well communicated with centre (5minutes by bus), nearby many facilities located like Aupark shopping mall, fitness club, Billa, Tesco and some pubs and restaurants.
