Renting a room in 3-room apartment

I am looking for a flatmate. Location: Lamač (Podhaj; Studenohorska); 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 smaller kitchen with dining table, 1 balcony, 1 toilette, 1 bathroom; all rooms furnished; internet with high speed; available with October. I live with 2 cats. I work most of the day so I am usually at home between 6/7pm - 7.30am and during weekends. I am pretty much easy going person. Local Tesco store is just 5 minutes away (bigger Tesco Lamač less than 5 kms away and bus #63 has a stop there), as well as some bars, restaurant, local cinema, post office (free parking spots), local health center; nearby are also Lidl and shopping center Bory Mall; very quiet area Bus stations (5-6 minutes from the flat): - Podhaj - bus numbers 30 (to Most SNP; center; 19-23 minutes drive at optimal conditions), 23 (to Mlaka), 63 (to Avion Shopping park); night N37 (from Hlavna stanica to Zahorska Bystrica); - less than 10 minutes away: Vrančovičova - bus numbers 23, 30, 37 (to Most SNP; fast and with less stations as #30; 13-15 minutes drive at optimal conditions), 63, 92 (to Vozovna Petržalka). Car: highway accessible from crossroads near ŽST Lamač (Railway station), on the other side is car service/store Todos Italia - prefer non smoker (otherwise you will need to smoke outside) - languages: EN, Slovak; the rest Slovene, Serbian, Croatian, ... - searching for woman (condition: gay friendly or gay) - age 28+, working - only serious offers and for longer period of time
