The house is already rented to 4 working men aged 30 – 50. Access possible from the garden. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen , 1 bedroom ( equipped bed,wardrobe,desk,cabinets), large bathroom with washing machine and a small storage room. Shared living room located on the 1st floor. Car parking always available as well as place for bike. TV and wifi incl in the monthly rent. Pets and animals not possible. 1 month deposit is a must. English speaking owner. The place is rented only to non-smokers.
