Last but not least, when signing the contract, it is requested to leave a rental security deposit od 500 euros. It is also possible to rent only one of the rooms (with or without the garage), the price then is 350,- euros plus 75,- energy consumptions, plus the garage in case requested (150,- euros). In case you are interested in renting also the garage, you will surely appreciate the fact that there are only 5 garages in the underground area of the respective entrance, so these spaces are easily maintained clean and quite too. Excellent civic amenities in the neighborhood, you can find everything within 3-5 minutes of walking: shops, a post office, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, public transport, kindergarten, schools (including chools for specially gifted children), banks. In ten minute walking distance downhill towards the Danube river one can reach the Water Garden, appreciated especially by children.
